Hyperzod Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is an agreement between you (“the customer”) and Hyperzod Technologies PVT LTD (“Hyperzod”), the owner and operator of https://www.hyperzod.com (“the website”). This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for refund requests made by customers for products purchased through the website. The Refund Policy must be read in conjunction with Hyperzod’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Hyperzod will only issue refunds for recurring subscription fee of the customer’s website module. Refund conditions:
(a) The customer submits a written refund request within 14 days from the date of installation of the website.
(b) The customer provides a valid reason for requesting a refund.
1.2. No refunds shall be granted for the setup fees of other products purchased i.e. setup fee or recurring subscription fee of mobile apps.
2. Refund Procedure
2.1. If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1, Hyperzod will process your refund as follows:
(a) Hyperzod will send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your refund request.
(b) The refund will be issued through the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon by both the customer and Hyperzod.
(c) The refund will be for the full amount of the setup fee of ordering website or recurring subscription fee as evaluated by hyperzod will be processed within 14 business days from the date of confirmation.
